Job Summary

We are searching for a skilled, proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excels in strategic sourcing and procurement, and is passionate about optimizing supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet performance targets.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to enhance supply chain practices.

• Analyze market data to identify risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of materials through efficient procurement and inventory strategies.

• Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of vendors.

• Maintain and report supplier scorecards to monitor performance.

Qualifications:

• Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

• 2-20+ years of demonstrated experience in supply chain management.

• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
