Description

Accountability: Designs and builds wood crates for part storage or shipment.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
  • Reviews the weight, dimensions, cost and nature of the part to design and build the appropriate wood crate for storage and shipping.
  • Drives a fork lift to move items within the warehouse.
  • Drives a large (non CDL) flat bed truck retrieving or delivering items between Mazak buildings and our remote warehouse.
  • Pull daily ticket orders.
  • Pay close attention to detail to pull parts for customer orders according to ticket order.
  • Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Lifting parts up to 30 pounds

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

  • CNC Machine parts knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to pay close attention to detail
  • Inventory experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Experience building with wood utilizing had tools and measuring devices.

Experience
CNC Machine parts knowledge (preferred)
