JOB SUMMARY |
Under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditor, the Senior Manager's will be responsible for documentation requirements as dictated by the Sarbanes Oxley Act for Japanese Companies (J-SOX). The position will also be responsible for leading and participating in operational and financial internal audit projects.

Essential Function |
* Oversee the JSOX requirements including the preparation of the annual entity level review checklist and the control infrastructure of our JSOX activity for the company. |
* Review and update our process documentations as required to maintain our internal control infrastructure. |
* Proactively update Internal Audit management on preliminary concerns, confirmed issues, and status of testing. |
* Ability to learn how to input and maintain J-SOX documentation in our in-house depository, the Highbond. |
* Interact positively with management throughout the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of the audit. |
* Conduct operation audits as dictated by the annual internal audit plan. |
* Assist in the development of solutions and recommendations in response to audit findings. |
* Follow-up on previously reported issues to determine if management action plans have been implemented. |
* Prepare draft audit report for the Chief Internal Auditor review, ensuring audit comments are factual, clear and concise. |
* Provide assistance to external auditors as directed. |
* Undertake special projects as directed. |
