All-Source Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments and other products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders and protect our national and economic security.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including intelligence, law enforcement, commercial and business, and open-source information. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior leaders, policymakers, and the Intelligence Community. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like economic competition, financial intelligence, sanctions evasion, and illicit finance. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

  • Experience with conducting all-source research and analysis

  • Experience with synthesizing all-source information into strategic-level finished intelligence products that conform to analytic tradecraft standards

  • Experience coordinating intelligence products through internal and Interagency review processes

  • Experience with delivering briefings to policymakers and senior officials

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or Master's degree and 6+ of experience with intelligence analysis

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience preparing finished intelligence assessments for senior civilian policymakers and leaders

  • Experience with incorporating financial data and information into all-source research, analysis, and production

  • Experience with identifying persons and entities involved in unlawful activity and their sources and methods of support

  • Knowledge of formal and informal financial systems

  • Knowledge of financial crime and unlawful financial activity typologies

  • Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences of varied backgrounds, levels, and comprehension

  • Financial Intelligence Certification, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), or Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (CFCS) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
