We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced technologist to deliver world-class content for Salesforce and Slack Developers. We want to inspire and enable Developers to build customized solutions to solve business challenges and deliver real business value with both Salesforce and Slack. Our goal is to inspire and enable every Salesforce developer to become a Slack developer, and every Slack developer to consider the importance of Salesforce.

You are comfortable sharing your knowledge in front of a camera in your home office, and you are looking forward to presenting to live audiences of hundreds of people.

Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Develop and maintain your expertise with the Slack and Salesforce platforms, and create content that integrates the Slack Platform with the Salesforce Platform.
  • Create code samples, prototypes, and visually compelling demos that inspire developers, and help them be successful when adopting the Slack Platform.
  • Write technical content and produce on-demand and live-streamed videos.
  • Support virtual and in-person events with technical talks, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Engage with the Slack and Salesforce community on your own channels as well as Slack Developer Relations channels.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing on the Slack and Salesforce Platforms with a creative technical mindset.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the needs of enterprise developers that build on Slack and Salesforce.
  • Proven technical expertise in web applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Slack SDKs and frameworks like Bolt or equivalent, Apex, and APIs.
  • Certifications or equivalent hands-on technical experience related to development with Slack and Salesforce.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills and experience making complex technical concepts accessible and understandable.
  • Solid understanding and appreciation for the constant and rapid shift in how and where people consume content and share their experiences.
  • Drive to be a solo self-starter, and at the same time to be a highly collaborative team player.
  • Extensive experience with social media.
  • Passion for learning and working with new technologies.
  • A strategic mind and deep problem-solving and analytical skills.
