Job Description

You are a collaborative and problem-solving Customer Experience Manager that will improve customer engagement and share customer insights across the organization. You will be joining a dynamic product organization delivering innovative legal solutions to market. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback to accelerate growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop, implement and manage tools and processes to better understand customers.

  • Solicit, analyze,centralize,and sharecustomer feedback andusagedata.

  • Develop the strategy to achieve desired and intended customer experience.

  • Prepare anddelivertools,trainings,andcommunications around new products or enhancements across the organization.

  • Analyzemarket intelligenceand share with key stakeholders to informstrategic planning, product positioning, new product development, pricing strategy,andmarketing campaigns.

  • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape, market penetration, white space and the most desirable targets.

  • Develop relationshipswith key customersto gather feedback and drive engagement and retention.

  • Build an understanding ofplatformand itsvalue and answer questions about features and customer personas from sales and service organization.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevantcoursework

  • 2years' experienceproductmarketingorusing, supporting, and/or selling(legal ortax)researchor softwaresolutions

  • 1 year of experience collaborating acrosssiloed organizationspreferred; great team player.

  • Must be great at communicating,both speakingtoaudiencesof all sizesand writing with clarity.

  • Comfortable inSalesForceand Microsoft Office
