Job Description

We're hiring for a Program and Content Manager who will be responsible for leading and implementing organization-wide talent, learning and staff development initiatives, and assisting with eLearning creation. This role will develop and implement solutions to deliver programs that focus on the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, manager and leadership development, performance management, career development, and employee engagement. This role will also be responsible for implementing and utilizing learning technologies that drive innovation and create exceptional learning opportunities for all employees.

Gauge of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of custom learning solutions that build capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and improve both team and individual performance.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the company to assess, integrate, support, and reinforce training programs.
  • Design and develop interactive and engaging instructor-led and on-demand blended learning programs (synchronous and asynchronous)
  • Create eLearning using a variety of tools
  • Partner to analyze data to diagnose issues, provide recommendations and present data in a succinct way that is understood by broad audience.
  • Track and measure learning throughout the organization
  • Manage ongoing learning and development programs
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of experience in learning & development or curriculum and program design and implementation
  • LMS administration
  • Experience using tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond and others, preferred
