As a Regional Compliance Officer for Exyte US, you will be
responsible for overseeing and implementing compliance
programs. You will work closely with various departments,
including legal, finance, operations, and human resources, to
ensure that the company operates within legal and ethical
guidelines.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Implement Exyte Compliance Management System tailored to
the Exyte US region.
- Be the first point of contact for the Region in all
Compliance related matters. Advise Exyte's internal clients on
all Compliance related matters, such as investigations, gifts
and invitations, sponsorship and donations, how to resolve
conflicts of interests, diversity and human rights
- Training and Education: provide training and educational
resources to employees at all levels to ensure understanding of
compliance policies and procedures. Foster a compliance-aware
culture through ongoing communication and awareness campaigns.
- Reporting and Documentation: prepare reports and
documentation related to compliance activities, including audit
findings, corrective actions, and compliance metrics. Maintain
accurate records to demonstrate compliance efforts to internal
stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Investigations and Remediation: manage compliance-related
investigations, including allegations of misconduct or policy
violations. Collaborate with internal teams and external legal
counsel as needed to investigate incidents and implement
appropriate remedies.
- Collaboration and Communication: work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges and
promote best practices. Communicate regularly with senior
management and relevant stakeholders to provide updates on
compliance initiatives and issues
- Conduct forensic and inter-personal investigations and
whistleblower cases.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor
compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal
policies. Identify areas of non-compliance and develop
corrective action plans as necessary.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with business
activities and develop strategies to mitigate those
risks.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and
industry trends that may impact the company's compliance
obligations.

Show your expertise
- Bachelor's degree required; law degree, advanced degree or
professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics
Professional) is a plus.
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in compliance, risk
management, or related fields, preferably in a regional or
national role within the USA.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
governing the industry, such as anti-corruption laws, data
privacy regulations, and industry-specific compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the
ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess
potential compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage compliance
initiatives, including training programs, audits, and
investigations.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding
ethical standards in all aspects of compliance activities.
- Highly structured, systematic and organized.
- Advanced organizational and management skills.
- Flawless business communication at management level.
- Take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
