The Senior Customer Relationship Specialist will be aligned to and support a specific Closing Team, Territory, Region and portfolio of loans. In addition to executing tasks aligned with their assigned portfolio, Sr. CRSs are Subject Matter Experts and are responsible for mentoring Closing Team members with acquiring and applying knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to meet team goals and performance metrics.

You and Your Job

As a Senior Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be successful in supporting the process of document preparation and closing of Agricultural loans, while also mentoring the CRS team with their portfolio and development.

The Sr. Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for performing uniform task within the nCino /Salesforce Workflow Tool, in addition to variable tasks which are unique to the specific deal. The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) Teams will be aligned to and support a specific portfolio of loans and external clients remaining assigned from application through booking. In addition to executing tasks aligned with their assigned portfolio of loans through the booking process, Sr. CRSs are seen as Subject Matter Experts and are responsible for mentoring their Closing Team members with acquiring and applying knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to meet Team goals and performance metrics. The Sr. Customer Relationship Specialist will assist the Closing Team Lead with day-to-day oversight of workload balance and performance metrics and provide support to the team in the absence of the Closing Team Lead as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Closing Team with complex loans and act as an advisor in Deal Team calls.
  • Create and manage loan packages with excellent and consistent quality within the nCino Workflow Tool.
  • Support Closing Team with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist the Closing Team Lead with day-to-day oversight of workload balance and performance metrics and provide support to the team in the absence of the Closing Team Lead as needed.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Senior Customer Relationship Specialist role, you must have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in commercial lending related to Agricultural, Banking, Financial Services, Loan Processing, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of commercial loan structures, loan documentation and collateral type and lien perfection
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
