The Law School Admissions Office is tasked with the recruitment, admissions, and matriculation of new students into the School of Law. The unit is responsible for application processing, application review, recruitment, marketing, policy, and other functions of an admissions office. |
Primary Purpose of Position |
This position will support the work of the admissions department and is responsible for developing, implementing and assisting with the execution of a multi-year and annual enrollment plan. This position will strategize to create appropriate goals that include recruitment and enrollment of students. The Enrollment Manager manages and organizes the enrollment of students for the Law School. This position ensures that the enrollees are well catered and guided through the enrollment process. The position also supervises students' handling of information, informing schedules, orientations, and university events in line with the enrollment process. |
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus. Experience in admissions preferred; knowledge of higher education is a plus. Exceptional customer relations and communication (including public speaking) skills. Organizational and time management skills are essential along with the ability to achieve benchmarks. Willingness to employ social media platforms to engage prospective students. Necessary computer skills include database management, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
