A Day in the Life: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

This is a hybrid position requiring at least one day a week in the office plus one additional day a month in the office with the entire team.

This role will put you on the front line with our customers, answering questions and directing calls to the right people when more complicated concerns arise. People skills and being solution-minded is a must in this role! Customer Service will put you in a crucial position within Trinity and allow you to gain a plethora of knowledge about our business operations on both sides of the freight we are arranging. With ample room for growth and exposure to all sides of the business, this position will provide you the opportunity to step into the logistics world and begin an exciting career!   • Bilingual required- must be proficient in both English and Spanish; to include written and verbal communications.
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks and projects at once.

  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills which will translate into a pleasant and professional demeanor on the phone as well as in emails.
