Job Summary:
This position is accountable for actively performing retention outreach to members as assigned and are responsible for providing an array of special services to new and existing members to maximize the potential for retention, new individual sales and expansion of community relationships. Activities included but are not limited to, conducting member retention education, various outreach calls, presentations at meetings, data collection, and trending that will identify risk areas for disenrollment and assist in retention strategies coordination.Job Responsibilities:

Salary Range:
$68,500 - $91,665This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
