Job Summary

This position is responsible for the development and delivery of digital communications strategies for one or more customer audience segments (member, employer, broker) that support the enterprise business plan. Implementing the communications strategy and leading the day-to-day digital communications plan development and delivery for assigned projects and campaigns. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital communications campaigns and assesses against goals and KPIs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners. Keep leadership and business partners informed through formal and informal methods. Considered expert and/or go-to person for digital communications process, channel and/or platform.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience of diverse business and technology experience understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies OR in a web production environment.
* Knowledge of current and emerging digital communications related technologies.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Leadership or Supervisory and problem-solving skills.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Project planning skills ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
* Experience in building working relationships across all organizational levels.
* Experience utilizing MS Office Products.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in. Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.
* Experience with usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
* Knowledge of search engine optimization, tagging and source codes.

* Previous experience executing business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) communications campaigns
* Experience with Salesforce CRM
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms
* Experience creating, deploying, and monitoring marketing campaign journeys across multiple channels and tracking KPIs such as click through rates and open rates
*Familiar with executing A/B testing and analyzing results to make improvements
*Experience working in a sales and marketing organization
* Ability to work with other digital communications team members as well as cross functionally with other stakeholders to plan and implement integrated communication plans
* A plus if familiar with Customer Experience principles
