As part of our team, you'll collaborate with talented technology and business individuals dedicated to driving impactful change across the various industries we serve. We are seeking a Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal project management role across several SAP projects. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for coordinating responsibilities, managing various project teams, tracking projects to completion, and reporting project status (and any associated risks and issues) up to leadership. Your expertise will contribute to smoother deliveries of SAP projects and engagements, enabling the organization to derive valuable insights and drive strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish close relationships with Agile and waterfall development teams and Business Subject matter experts to drive SAP project needs, usage requirements and successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with Information Security; SAP functional and technical resources; and other related teams to drive long term, consistent and enterprise-wide solutions that fit specific needs.
  • Require that the "Why" is documented in additions to the "What" to ensure the proper structures are created and understood.
  • Identify issues and risks and proactively communicate them to relevant teams, stakeholders, Ecolab leadership and other interested parties.
  • Network with various other teams and organizations at Ecolab as necessary.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project user stories and backlog items, and effectively manage SAP projects to completion.

Position Location:St. Paul, MN (Hybrid role)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2years experience; or no degree and 6 years combined education and equivalent work experience focusing on Project Management.
  • An understanding of SAP environments and basic relational database concepts.
  • Experience with managing SAP projects either in technical, functional or project management areas.
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification is preferred, though not essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence
  • A history of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Some amount of familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks that technical teams can subsequently cover.
