Job Description
Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Receptionist/ VMS Admin.
POSITION: Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire an Entry level, full-time Receptionist/ VMS Admin. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5PM.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Close repair orders and parts counter tickets
- Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card transactions
- Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
- Route all incoming phone calls
- Assist with service filing
- Stock in New and Used vehicles
- Vehicle billing
- Scanning Car Deals
- Provide excellent customer service
Applicant MUST:
- Be familiar with Excel
- Have basic accounting knowledge
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a good attitude, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are necessary. Drug testing is required!
