The opportunity

We currently have remote opportunities available in all US states, with the exception of California.

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Web Developer for Manchester North Little League. This student will be responsible for the design and construction of the websites. Ensuring sites meet user expectations by ensuring they look good, run smoothly and offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
  • Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using their best software development practices using standard HTML/CSS practices, Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
  • Cooperating with web designers to match visual design intent

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in SNHU degree program
  • Work study as part of financial aid

Learning Outcomes:

  • Design, create, test, upload and manage an accessible and standards compliant interactive and responsive web site that includes the use of text, graphics, and multimedia. Apply design and visual communication principles to web site, page, and interface design.

Work Schedule: 10 hours a week
