This is a position with WM Technologies, LLC and affiliate of SPX Enterprises, LLC, which manufactures and sells Weil-McLain branded products. Weil-McLain is a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings since 1881.

Hourly Pay Rate: $31.37

Plusadditional yearly rate increase every June 1st.

Plus$0.40 differential per hour worked for working 3rd shiftor$0.35 differential per hour worked on 2nd shift

Primary Functions:

  • Keep electrical equipment such as wiring motors, switches and electrical mechanisms in good repair and operating condition.
  • Install a variety of complicated electrical and somemechanical equipment.
  • Able to diagnose and remedy trouble quickly to avoid shutdowns.
  • Layout, install, maintain a wide variety of complicated electrical equipment and some mechanical equipment such as special automatic controls, Engine Room, large switchboards, motors, lighting circuits, limit switches and relays.
  • Maintain controls in conveyor systems, repair AC and DC motors.
  • Maintain and repair control equipment on complicated production machines.
  • Occasionally lay out and direct work of helpers, mentor and assists lower scale electricians
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Journeymen Card or equivalent amount of experience/education
  • Proficient in reading and writing
  • Previous foundry experience a PLUS.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in non-climate controlled, foundry environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Use of hand and power tools
