N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engagement Specialist to support or manage the Deputy Executive Officer initiatives and projects at The National Institute of Health in the Office of Directors. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff coordinate project management activities, to include routine meetings and development of reports.
  • Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards.
  • Creates project in designated project management software and ensure all necessary staff have access.
  • Prepare project documentation to include charter, schedule, resource plans and budgets.
  • Conduct staff interviews and discussions to determine the scope, purpose and objectives of project.
  • Measure project performance using designated systems, tools and techniques and report findings to upper management.
  • Assist project owners manage financial aspects of project to include monitoring budget, projecting future spending and completing appropriate financial requests and accounting documentation.
  • Co-lead Market Calls and community events as regional lead and for special populations as identified.
  • Identify and recommend project management professional development opportunities for other project managers and project support staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Community and Public Health or related field
  • Experience in Community Engagement and Outreach Activities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or under minimal guidance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
