We are looking for a Site Lead with 15 years of experience in a supervisory capacity to join our team in Hawaii to provide professional and technical support to Assault Breaker II.
As a Site Lead, you will:
Support Contractor and/or DoD civilians in a warfare specialty

Week in the Life of a Site Lead:
Plan and conduct research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability.
Utilize advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs to thrust areas delineated in the PWS.
Support program transition efforts
manage the staff's performance
Ensure the smooth delivery of daily operations
guide the successful task completion by maximizing the staff's productivity within the specified timeframe and goals
Coordinate employee schedules
Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.
Job Requirements
BS in any discipline with management training courses
Minimum 15 years in:
Active-duty military service
Conceiving, planning and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability.
