PROGRAM DIRECTOR ROLE:

Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-Time: Monday-Friday (AM)

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician (preferred).
  • Two years' experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with DBT and WRAP
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation and recovery principles and best practices.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing clinical support and training for all clinical and direct care staff throughout Crestwood in all areas of clinical practice and client care.
  • Ensure each program provides a full spectrum of mental health services and treatment based on clinical objectives as identified in each individuals recovery service plan.
  • Ensures compliance with all HIPAA regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Regularly review programs to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Continually explore best practices and evidence-based recovery practices, collecting and disseminating information to all programs.
  • Act as a liaison to state and county agencies and other referral and regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in coordinating and carrying out regular facility reviews to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures and regulatory standards.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$80,000-$86,000 USD
