High School Head Custodian

Job Description
The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full time 12-month Head Custodian to work at Richfield Senior High.This position will assume delegated responsibility and accountability for the operation and maintenance of the building, including the following; HVAC; boilers; pumps; swimming pool and the mechanical equipment supporting all these physical plant systems in a manner that helps ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment. Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent and at least four years' experience in a comparable building and grounds operation and maintenance function.
- State of Minnesota Chief Class C or 1-C boiler licensure is required.
- Certified pool operators' license where applicable.
