Responsibilities

As the Vice President Mental Health, Family and Children's Services you will provide strategic leadership to expand mental health services across our continuum. Work with leaders in family and children's programming to expand family and children's programs as well. Ensure fidelity to standardized models of care across clinical services. This includes proactively seeking opportunities to integrate these service lines into our care and build clinical connectivity across the organization to include:

    Providing strategic leadership to expand mental health services across the continuum, including family, and children's programs that are responsive to individual, family, and community needs.
  • Visioning and building a clinical culture that is inclusive of systems, tools and tactics that ensure clinicians are well trained, developed and set-up for clinical success.
  • Collaborating to ensure that clinical models support the business and establish partnerships to scale and grow clinical offerings throughout the organization
Qualifications

Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

Education, training, licensure, experience, etc.

Doctoral degree in psychology PhD or PsyD

License in applicable field

Minimum total 5 years Mental Health experience

Minimum 2 years' freedom from chemical use problems

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorder
