GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
A Clinical Research Coordinator I position is available within the Department of Radiation Oncology.
The Clinical Research Assistant works under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), to provide support to clinical and translational research studies. A major focus of this research is on how cancer and normal tissue genomics affect the response to radiation therapy using various analytical tools in our whole exome sequencing pipeline. He/she will be responsible for: assisting the PI in drafting research protocols, data entry, management, and analysis, creation and maintenance of clinical databases, preparation of conference presentations and journal publications.

Bachelor's degree required
EXPERIENCE:
Prior work experience in a research setting preferred. Sound independent judgment and competence in research methodologies. Previous experience working with R and/or Python required. The position is suitable for college graduates.
