Mott MacDonald is seeking a Data Management Specialist to work closely with our client, in Raleigh, NC.

Our South-Central team supports some of the most ambitious transportation, water, and infrastructure projects in North America, including:

  • Providing program management services for Federal FRA Grants exceeding $1B in programmed projects to date.

  • Construction oversight of the Pensacola Bay Bridge, FL.

  • Reconnecting Texas' Cedar Bayou with the sea after 35 years, restoring life to a once rich marsh and estuarine ecosystem.

  • Providing program management services for the design and construction of the Airbus Final Assembly Line.

We are looking for a full-time employee to support our transportation team with general data management and administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of customer information: Data verification, uploading, and transcription

  • Develop data management processes to client satisfaction to support their rail corridor encroachment program

  • Assist the client in the development of standards, procedures and policy positions related to meeting their goals and objectives

  • Ability to understand basic database interfaces

  • Support for engineering tasks as required

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • 4-year degree in engineering, business, or law preferred

  • A genuine interest in office support

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Organized and a self-starter

  • Effective in both verbal and written communication

  • Confident usage of Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of Smartsheet a plus
