Boston, MA (Hybrid: 2 days Remote/ 3 days onsite)

The department for this company is based out of Boston, MA but the candidate selected can live in the following locations: Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Plano, TX, Stamford, CT, Wilmington, DE, US.

Senior IT Audit Manager - Responsibilities:
- Audits Lines of Business (LOBs) ranging in scale and scope and produces audit reports in a timely manner that summarize results of an audit to management
- Develop an audit plan, assesses risks, and provides appropriate coverage for current and/or emerging risks
- Leverage a risk mindset to proactively identify risks, analyze themes, and continually evaluate areas of priority against the company's risk profile and control environment
- Support Corporate Audit's mission, goals, and strategies, and drives operational effectiveness while demonstrating a strategic mindset and leading and supporting change
- Lead the design and promotes the use of innovative tools and technological elements to drive continuous coverage of company risks
- Maintain business partner relationships for areas assigned and challenges business management to adopt appropriate policies, procedures, and effective controls designed to mitigate risks
- Manage team performance by training, mentoring, defining development plans for team.
Senior IT Audit Manager - Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required with a Master's degree or more preferred.
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in IT related to auditing financial crimes (BSA/AML/Economic Sanctions/Fraud)
- Experience with Audit Planning, Internal Audit Review, Relationship Building, Issue management, and technical documentation.
- Technology Experience (related to auditing) is required, with SQL highly preferred.
- Live in or able to commute to Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Plano, TX, Stamford, CT, Wilmington, DE, US.
