Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our awesome team in Plano, TX. The position is responsible for partnering with all US-based employees across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees to support the business. This pivotal role requires a strategic HR professional with a strong and well-rounded background in multiple human resource disciplines, coupled with experience working in both early-stage and mid-to-later stage companies. The ideal candidate will be adept at partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support our business objectives while sustaining our uniquely amazing culture. This position entails regular travel (25-30%) to various company locations and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
* Act as a strategic partner to support, coach and counsel on all human resources initiatives and conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to line management and senior leadership, providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and processesto ensure best people management practices.
* Align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives and people transformational projects support overall company objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs based on business goals and strategy.
* Conduct regular salary and labor market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages remain attractive, equitable and match our work and organizational culture.
* Create and analyze job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications, provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits and apply effective communication strategies.
Employee Relations:
* Handle employee inquiries and concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality.
* Foster an incredible culture and work environment by managing and resolving complex employeemanagement and employeerelationship issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
* Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Talent Management:
* Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
* Collaborate with leadership to identify talent and future competency needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, employee development and retention.
* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career development and succession planning.
* Develops terms for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility.
* Helps in identifying training and individual coaching needs.
* Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training tools and programs to ensure success and follows up to ensure training and compliance objectives are met.
HR Operations:
* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, employment laws related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
* Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Organizational Development and Culture:
* Provides guidance and input on business unit efficient work organizational structures, including workforce and succession planning.
* Drives organizational development, People Continuous Improvement and change management initiatives.
* Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
Travel:
* Willingness to travel 25-30% to various company locations, meetings, and events as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
* Proven experience in early-stage and mid-to-later stage companies.
* Working knowledge and demonstrated competencies in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, benefits management, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable U.S. employment laws.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* HR certification (PHR/SPHR) a big plus.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team, to adapt to change quickly and to influence and partner with line managers and senior leadership.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment: This position is based out of our company office in Plano, TX. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership. The role will also be expected to travel on occasion to company sites in Largo, FL and Denver, CO.
