Position Objective:
The Manager Tax & Transfer Pricing Operations will be a member of our Global Tax Team and report directly to the Director Global Tax, Transfer Pricing. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and execute operational aspects of transfer pricing, which include but are not limited to:

Core Functions:
* Drive and execute accurate and timely compliance with mandatory (periodic and annual) transfer pricing documentation (transfer pricing reports, country-by-country reporting and the global Master File)
* Manage and oversee relationships with outside service providers who support the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation and Bunge Business Services (BBS)
* Develop compliance strategy through relationships with Regional Tax and Bunge Business, and Finance. Collect and review necessary data needed throughout the transfer pricing lifecycle, and support affiliates with supporting information related to transfer pricing audits
* Execute the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
* Execute on transfer pricing planning projects by collaborating with cross functional teams to provide transfer pricing guidance and support for various business transactions
* Support M&A projects including post-acquisition integration and related business operational changes
* Conduct data analytics using large data sets and prepare transfer pricing economic analyses and planning models to translate information and insights in order to drive key decision making
* Support on the global process of managing cost allocations and corporate charge outs; ensure relevant document to support recharges
* Support on efficiency, consistency and optimization of recharges - to increase benefit to the company and mitigate risk
* Work on continuous improvement and simplification of transfer pricing documentation as well as global recharges processes

Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 6-8years of tax experience with at least 3 years' transfer pricing experience. Tax experience should include international tax
* Experience with cost accounting and financial analysis is preferred.
* Experience negotiating and interacting with tax authorities is preferred.
* Economist profile is acceptable, as long as the experience includes more than pure valuation experience
* Experience working with commodities and/or commodity companies, a plus
* Strong technical expertise in transfer pricing, including US and OECD transfer pricing guidelines and BEPS proposals
* Demonstrated ability in working effectively with external accountants, attorneys, tax auditors, as well as internal constituents.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at high levels throughout the organization
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Working knowledge with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, ClickView, etc.
* People management experience
* Strong, practical hands-on implementation
* Ability to communicate complex tax technical topics to non-tax stakeholders
