Overview: Join a top-tier manufacturing company known for its high-quality products, responsive service, and fair pricing. This company operates five manufacturing plants and four distribution warehouses, with over 80 years of exceptional service to customers across the United States.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Weekends Off)
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Load and assemble doors
• Pick, sort, organize, load, and label wood based on work orders
• Load and unload doors (40-50 lbs) onto pallets and add cardboard protectors
• Perform quality checks using tape measures and measuring tables
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area
• Pack and ship items securely to minimize breakage
• Palletize and prepare doors for delivery based on shipping destinations
• Cut down and resize wood material
• Use hand and power tools such as air staples, chop saws, and utility guns
• Plan and arrange work to meet production requirements
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill inventory and shipping needs
• Work both individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to cross-train in other production areas

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure and pass a measuring test
• Adhere to PPE requirements
• Communicate with management and maintenance regarding safety, quality, and productivity issues
• Maintain excellent service by adhering to organizational and national quality standards
• Perform essential housekeeping duties
• Work both individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to cross-train in other production areas
