Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with healthcare or pharmacy experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, specifically with 340B experience. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services, with a focus on 340B program advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
  • Strong understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, pharmacies, or healthcare organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 340B program and its impact on healthcare organizations.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
