Your missions :

Location: Lenexa, KS

The position will be responsible for ensuring product shipments are compliant with all regulatory approvals, serials are appropriately released for shipment and correctly labeled for the destination customer. This position will also assist in the review and release of labeled and packaged non-LN2 products and raw materials for use in vaccine production.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

* Responsible for determining suitability for shipment, ensuring shipments are compliant with all required regulatory approvals, serials are appropriately released and correctly labeled for the destination customer

* Responsible for ensuring order information and shipping records for each shipment are accurate and complete in accordance with good documentation practices

* Utilizes JD Edwards enterprise resource planning system to set and/or confirm appropriate disposition of materials

* Verify appropriate material staging prior to packaging job execution

* Perform in-process audits of Packaging operations

* Perform final release of finished products, diluents and raw materials in JDE following internal review and/or USDA approval, as required

* Responsible for QA maintenance of product tracking databases and inventory logs

Technical / Functional Competencies:

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency

* Proven understanding of GMP good documentation practices

* Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations

* Ability to work with Ceva staff across multiple departments including Supply Chain and Export

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other common computer applications

* Familiarity with Quality Systems

Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (or equivalent experience)

Work Experience - Minimum of two years' experience or demonstrated competency in a regulated industry. Experience working with records and document auditing preferred.

Physical Requirements:

* Able to read/write legibly and communicate in English

* Able to spend multiple hours standing and/or walking

Working Conditions:

* Position is primarily located at the Ceva Animal Health Meritex warehouse

Travel Required:

* Between Ceva facilities located in the Kansas City metro area
