Job Summary	We are seeking 3-5 hardworking individuals to join our team as TES Retail Associates for our in-store lululemon brand launch! This temporary position requires 30-40 hours of work per week starting July 29 through September 28. Assignment Length: Approximately 2 months Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being: Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads Assistance with special projects Seasonal work Emergencies If you are looking for an employment opportunity, TES is a great way to showcase your professional skills and assist Auburn University while gaining valuable work experience within higher education. AU students are not eligible for TES.
Essential Functions	Sales and Merchandising: Assisting with the launch of lululemon at the AU Bookstore, maintaining the store's visual appearance, and upholding merchandising standards. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial for this position. This includes answering customer queries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Flexibility: The ability to work a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including weekends, is necessary in this role. Independence: The ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including football Saturdays and weekends. Expectations: Detail-oriented; accurate work performance; sound judgment Ability to work independently Communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications	Previous retail or apparel experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
