The Benefits Administrator will take the lead in areas of employee benefit administration. This role reports to the Manager of Payroll and HRIS. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day to day administration of LOA management. You will be challenged to contribute to a growing business that requires you to pivot frequently, juggle multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to get your tasks and projects across the finish line.

Where you'll be planted:
This role will require at least 2-3 days a week onsite in the King of Prussia, PA office.
To be blunt, this role is about:
    • Administering all aspects of the leave of absence program, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and company-specific policies.
    • Partnering with HR to assist employees seeking information and guidance on leave of absence policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Reviewing and processing leave of absence requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Coordinating communication between employees, managers, HR, and external vendors throughout the leave process to ensure a smooth transition and timely return to work.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to leave of absence cases, including tracking leave balances and ensuring proper documentation is collected and maintained.
    • Collaborating with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave-related information and payments.
    • Conducting periodic audits and assessments of the leave of absence program to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.
What we're high on...We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role we know you'll need:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience administration, with a focus on benefits and leave of absence preferred
    • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant federal and state leave laws and regulations.
    • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
