This position gives you the opportunity to perform records scanning duties within the Records Management department. As a Clerical Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing files for scanning into DEP's OnBase Document Management System. This position will require you to have a thorough knowledge of records management practices and principles, basic file systems, and their uses. Work includes reviewing hard copy documents to ensure staples and binder spines are removed and ensuring that pages are in order prior to scanning. Attention to detail is essential in this position as you will be verifying completeness and accuracy of scans prior to committing the scanned document to the OnBase System Workflow for QA Review.
