As the Business Transformation Manager with a focus on business simplification and portfolio optimization, you will lead key initiatives that streamline business processes and drive business strategy. Your role is crucial in enhancing efficiency, reducing complexity, and ensuring our product portfolio aligns with strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop transformation plans, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Business Simplification: Lead the charge in simplifying business processes and operations. Identify areas of complexity and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • SKU Optimization: Analyze the product portfolio to identify opportunities for SKU rationalization and consolidation. Implement strategies to reduce SKU count while maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality
  • Data-Based Decision Making: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Utilize data analytics to guide business simplification and SKU optimization efforts
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute transformation plans in alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives. Work with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure successful transformation outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business simplification and SKU optimization. Engage with business unit leaders, product managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and product structures. Communicate effectively to ensure understanding and buy-in from all levels of the organization
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of transformation initiatives. Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Team Leadership: Build, Manage and mentor a team of transformation specialists and project managers. Create a collaborative and results-oriented culture focused on simplification and efficiency
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions across the organization
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with executive leadership, employees, and customers to ensure alignment and support for business simplification and SKU optimization initiatives
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, SKU optimization, product management, business simplification, or related roles. Strong understanding of business processes, and data analytics. Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Acumen:MS Office Suite (advanced), Analytical tools/and Data Modeling tools such as Excel, PowerBI
  • Knowledge: Understanding of business processes, SKU optimization, and data analytics. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks is a plus, Industry experience a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, business process improvement, or data analytics are desirable
  • Travel:Up to 20%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - 150,000 + 10% Annual Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day one + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
