Summary

Talogy is seeking a motivated individual to assist in the strategy and day-to-day management of our website presence for the Americas region (www.talogy.com/en/ and www.talogy.com/fr-ca/). This is an exciting role for a tech-savvy marketer with a strong passion for website management.

This position will be responsible for supporting the Americas web presence of Talogy, particularly in the areas of domain development and maintenance, analytics, vendor management, and the migration and deprecation of Talogy acquisition sites. Reporting into the Director, Website Strategy, you'll be responsible for supporting our Americas region through management of the organization's most critical marketing channel.

You enjoy deconstructing complex scenarios and analytics and breaking them down into simple action plans. This involves communicating with key stakeholders across multiple regions and departments to identify needs. It also involves interpreting that information to help develop comprehensive strategies to meet those needs. You know how to then prioritize and put those plans into action.

Infrastructure Builder - You'll be motivated - not intimidated - by the multiple moving parts and site architecture that needs to be created. You'll continuously monitor web analytics, visitor behavior, and any other data that helps improve user experience and meet MQL goals.

Experienced - Leveraging your knowledge of website management and digital marketing, you will have demonstrable experience in the development of strong website roadmaps.

Engaged - You enjoy taking on challenges and you like 'rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done.' You are a self-starter and manager your work and deadlines independently and effectively. You also understand the value of working collaboratively with colleagues both within and outside the core team.

Meticulous About Deadlines - You do what it takes to meet established timelines without sacrificing the quality of your work product.

Maintained Content Management Systems - You are very comfortable working within a variety of Content Management Systems, and you know how to maximize their use to maintain website operations. You have experience with platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.

Developed Website Content - You're familiar with the complexity of effectively managing a, from navigation to site content and everything in between.

  • SEO: You have worked with SEO teams and agencies to implement strategies and are knowledgeable on best practices.
  • Demand Generation - You have had experience working with Demand Generation Managers to support team initiatives and overall goals.
  • Multi-Site Migrations and Deprecations - You know what's required to effectively migrate relevant content from one web asset to another, with the end purpose of deprecating the original source.
  • Brand Adherence - You know that brand consistency is of the utmost importance when maintaining a website and are comfortable working alongside internal and external designers to ensure a cohesive look and feel.

Used Data to Assess Effectiveness - You have a wide range of experience in measuring and evaluating key analytics to determine how to optimize on-page content and navigation to encourage lead conversion, foster information sharing, and create a seamless user experience for all site visitors. You are familiar with GA4, Search Console, and other data analytic platforms.

Reported Success - You have extensive experience generating regular reports and proactively communicating progress toward goals within your area for critical stakeholders.

Multi-tasked Successfully - You have experience managing multiple websites and worked alongside a variety of teams to keep projects moving forward according to widely varying requirements and deadlines. You have used project management systems such as Asana and Jira and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Collaborated with Key Teams - You have worked closely with Senior Leaders, IT, SEO Specialists, Website Managers, Demand Generation Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to create web assets that meet the needs of all the various teams.

Ensured Website Accessibility - You understand the basics of website Accessibility standards, and you can tap into your own knowledge and that of platforms to formulate strategies and plans to create a seamless user experience.
