We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Leads Manager to join our team and build a new leads function and capabilities utilizing tech platforms and tools alongside proven lead gen strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience building a leads practice as well as the scoring, qualification, and nurturing of leads to support sales and marketing objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data analysis, and leadership skills to effectively manage the lead generation process and optimize marketing campaigns. As the Marketing Leads Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the integration and utilization of Salesforce to enhance our marketing strategies and drive sales growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure lead source optimization, implementing automation processes to streamline marketing operations, analyzing user feedback, and staying current with Salesforce updates to leverage the platform's full potential. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of lead programs and Salesforce functionalities, a proven track record in pipeline marketing, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system and lead program solutions.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification criteria to prioritize leads and ensure seamless hand-off to Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns based on data analysis.
  • Provide recommendations on targeting, messaging, and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead direct reports on data management and maintenance projects and tasks.
  • Provide support to marketing team members on lead management best practices, Salesforce functionality and processes. Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms and other analytics tools. Ensure seamless data synchronization and coordination between systems to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage a team of Lead administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of lead programs. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years' experience with Marketing Leads and Technology in addition to 1+ years' of managerial experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Direct experience implementing a new lead management team, tools and processes, knowledge and experience in Campaign Planning (Unica Plan), Audience Management (ActionIQ) or Digital Asset Management (AEM), Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics) and Tagging Management (Tealium) at plus
