Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate, Content Management to join our team here at UM/Mediabrands.

The Content Management team plays a vital role within the agency, driving content initiatives from ideation through execution in addition to being a liaison to the strategy, planning & research teams throughout the agency. As an Associate, you must support the team in unearthing content opportunities within the organization, architecting and executing content programs across platforms, and providing creative solutions to road bumps that arise throughout the ideation & execution process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to the content team as they:
    • Partner with the Account and Media teams to identify content opportunities, as well as elevate standard media partnerships that have content elements
    • Brief partners on content opportunities as well as provide feedback and insight on partner proposals
    • Evaluate and provide POV on opportunistic partnership proposals
    • Manage tactical components of custom programs both leading up to and after each campaign, such as calendars, recaps, post reports, etc. and present relevant insights on results/outcomes
    • Actualize marketing owes with assigned partners
  • Conduct competitive monitoring in the industry and surface marketplace trends
  • Track and catalogues assets for all ongoing projects
  • Upkeep and organization of content library for ongoing and past projects
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include asset management, document upkeep, and providing support to project managers

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Entry Level Position, though professional experience or previous internships in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative or the arts is a plus
  • Self-Starter, demonstrates initiative
  • Creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges, and shaping new strategic approaches and frameworks

The salary range for this position is posted below.
