Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Chicago IL 60604/Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Pay rate $40 to $50/hr

Job Description:
Qualifications (must haves):

• Proficient/expert MS Tools
• 3+ years' experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.
• Experience in responding to audit requests
• Working with the Fed, Executive presentations
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content.
• Strong technical aptitude-ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
• Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
• Writing experience-user manuals, training materials, operational run books, installation guides, methods and procedures
• Interfaces with users, engineers, trainees, program managers, leadership to create/revise documentation to reflect the most effective and concise terminology, the best methods and practices, and new software features.

• Financial experience
• Confluence experience
• Technical degree
