Primary Purpose Ensures effective and efficient operation of support functions within PCCI. Performs complex administrative office duties involving administrative office support to leadership and others with a variety of administrative tasks. Also completing special projects in order to provide administrative support as needed.

Minimum Specifications

Education :Prefer a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with emphasis on writing.

Experience :Five years administrative support experience . Must have two (2) years of prior work experience with heavy emphasis on writing.

Equivalent Education and/or Experience: May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.

Certification/Registration/Licensure :None

Required Tests for Placement: Adminstrative Professionals Tests

Skills or Special Abilities: Must have excellent vocabulary skills and a demonstrated ability in English and grammar. Must be able to demonstrate both superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive documents for customers, clients and other employees. Must possess above average proofreading and editing skills. Must be able to screen all various modes of communication and be able to take appropriate action. Must have proven problem solving skills, analytical skills, and conceptual thinking skills. Must have strong and efficient organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Must be able to oversee various projects, functions and events. Must have a high level of attention to detail. Must be able to proactively follow-up on outstanding tasks & issues. Must be able to prepare and coordinate various reports, presentations & documents. Must be resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism while managing multiple demands. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging work environment and work autonomously with moderate supervision as well as in a team setting. Must have strong computer literacy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Must exude a professional appearance and attitude, in order to perform traditional and special administrative tasks.
