The Team- Strategy & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute transformation initiatives in the areas of sales, business operations, finance and accounting, supply chain management, information technology, FP&A.

Your Impact

  • Work with a diverse set of commercial clients ranging from growth and mid-size companies to leading Fortune 100 brands.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
  • Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
  • Contribute to current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.
  • Leverage a "roll-up your sleeves" style to develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with experts and support clients involved in major transactions (M&A, carve outs, divestitures, post-merger acquisition integrations, IPO), strategic planning, process improvement, operational finance & accounting challenges, and technology enablement.
  • Support business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations, etc.)
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.

Your Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience, which may include some or all of the following:
    • Working on major Business and/or Finance Transformation programs with cross-functional people, process, technology, and data implications.
    • Developing and using complex financial models (forecasting, build versus buy, ROI assessment, and price optimization).
    • Working on and/or around complex transactions (IPO, M&A, etc.).
    • Working with business leaders to understand and make strategic decisions based on finance and accounting information.
    • Implementing and using emerging technologies (machine learning, AI, RPA, and cloud).
    • Developing business cases and strategic roadmaps for large organizations.
    • Managing large cross-functional programs with diverse stakeholders across process, data, technology, and business domains.
    • Conducting organization assessments and/or operating model design.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and modeling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into simple, compelling messages in presentations.
  • Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and support team building.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Must be flexible for travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working for a major professional services firm leading client delivery engagements.
  • Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals.
  • Experience executing complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and public offerings.
  • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience using complex technology systems; familiarity with the data, analytics, and reporting strategies that goes along with them.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics (e.g. data science, predictive analytics, etc.), data visualization, business intelligence, etc.
