Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team in Arden Hills, MN! The Account Manager (AM) role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and facilitating the smooth operation of accounts, with a focus on small to medium-sized clients. AM's handle change requests, assist in project management, and provide support to larger clients under the guidance of Sr. Account Managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Client-facing role owning client relationships for small to medium-sized clients
  • Provide client support, including responding to inquiries, change requests, resolving issues, and addressing client needs while ensuring timely and accurate implementation
  • Communicate effectively with clients on change request projects and provide status updates as needed
  • Assist and/or lead in project meetings and change management activities, collaborating with Account Managers, Account Directors, Operations and Development teams
  • Coordinate with production and development teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Mentor and train new associates, sharing knowledge and best practices to support team growth
  • Generate reports and documentation for clients or internal teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in quality business reviews (QBRs) and data gathering for client meetings
  • Ad hoc projects as directed by manager

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively in reports, meetings, and status updates
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze, problem-solve, and propose solutions
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Resilience, curiosity, and ability to operate effectively under deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Suite
