Job Description

70% FTE, day shift Monday through Friday, with typical hours between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, to include travel time. No weekends, no holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.This position is hybrid with frequent travel to UW Health regional transplant clinics located throughout Wisconsin in Waukesha, Marshfield, Green Bay, Wausau, Sparta, and Appleton. You will also work at the regional specialty clinic located within Fort Memorial Hospital at 611 Sherman Ave E in Fort Atkinson, WI when operationally necessary. Relevant work experience will be considered.

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to:

  • Travel to a variety of regional ambulatory care locations throughout Wisconsin, bringing convenient access to care for UW Health non transplanted and transplanted patients locally.
  • Function as part of a small supportive team that can include specialty providers and transplant coordinators.
  • Perform in basket messaging and rooming of patients in the clinic.

Education:

Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred - Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
