100% FTE, day shift. 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

• Work in both Pre and Post Op, Ambulatory Procedure Center (APC) and Gastroenterology (GI).
• Create and maintain schedules for departmental staff including communicating with the leadership team to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Facilitate CPR/ACLS courses for department.
• Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred -

• Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Previous experience in a health care setting.
