Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Essential Job Details:
- Package finished products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling.
- The stage finished products for loading onto trucks.
- Verify that products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery by checking purchase orders and work orders.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, stocking them in designated areas.
- Maintain quality control by ensuring no damaged products are sent out or stored.
- Operate forklifts and/or pallet jacks according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
- Manage inventory movement into and out of controlled locations.
- Prepare customers' orders for delivery.
- Provide fill-in support for other warehouse departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
