This is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive and sometimes monotonous tasks throughout the entirety of their shift. Pay great attention to detail, ensuring scanned documents are legible.
Knowledge
English language
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as knowledge in Adobe or Foxit.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Knowledge of copy machines and scanners.
Technical Skills
Operation Monitoring watching indicators to make sure the copy machine is working properly.
Troubleshooting Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Duties may include but are not limited to:
Scanning records for electronic housing
Reviewing scanned records for missing information.
Naming/Renaming, correcting, watermarking, and compressing of electronic records.
Filing of completed records and boxing up records to go to off-site record storage.
